Whilst I am based in North Tyneside, I work with people throughout the country. Whether you don’t live near or are unable to travel, I offer zoom online sessions, so you can access therapy, wherever you are, as long as you have a space confidential space and a good internet connection.
In Person
In-person therapy is the full experience, being in the room with one another is the best way to fully engage in the process. I offer in-person appointments at a comfortable specialist-designed therapy centre in Tynemouth, as well as Jesmond, Newcastle.Select Psychology is located on Tynemouth Road, Tynemouth and is only 1 minutes walk at the metro station, with free on-street parking nearby. Urban Angels Therapy Centre is located on St George’s Terrace, Jesmond. West Jesmond metro is a few miutes walk away, or there is free parking on one side of the street. Urban Angels
